Get set for 2020!

I’m going to call this one right out the gate, 2020 is going to be an epic year. But for it to be an epic year of success, it’s important to get in the right headspace. I’m a big believer that positive mindset drives outcomes. Simply, by believing things will go well, we’re setting the right expectation upfront.

  1. Start right. Start your year the way you intend to finish it. Don’t set unrealistic expectations! While we’re big believers in reaching for the stars, when it comes to your personal health and wellbeing it’s important to stay true to yourself. Is your goal to lose 5kg or 10 kg reasonable? Will you be able to achieve an hour or half an hour of exercise? Set realistic goals and start the year right!
  2. Create a simple goal map. Think about what your goals are for 2020. Set goals around the thing that are important to you e.g. family, friends, career, wealth, wellbeing and health.   3. Share your goals. Share your goals with the key people in your life that will help you achieve them. Celebrate the milestones that you hit and make sure that each box you tick is reflective of your intention.

Lastly, focus on health. Everything starts with health. While many of us always say that “our health is the most important thing”, living a life where you put health first and foremost is going to ensure that you have the right physical platform to build the rest of your goals from!
